Clean Gulf Associates Membership

New Members

Clean Gulf Associates' current membership consists of 130 companies, making the association one of the largest oil spill cooperatives in terms of membership in North America. A not-for-profit organization, CGA membership is limited to oil and gas producers located in the Gulf of Mexico. Associate Membership is also available to Gulf of Mexico pipeline companies that fit the criteria for that type of member. Costs to operate CGA are allocated to members by a formula that includes a per capita charge and step rate per barrel charges. There is a minimum dues cost for all members with an annual production rate up to 650,000 barrels with step up charges for production of 650,000 to 1M barrels, 1M to 6M, and 6M+.  Dues are billed to members by quarterly cash calls. New members pay an initial fee ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 depending on their level of production. Once a company is accepted into CGA, members can identify CGA owned and contracted equipment in their BSEE approved Oil Spill Response Plans.

If your company is already a member of CGA and you are a designated Member Representative and wish to create a login, please send an email to info@cleangulfassoc.com and we will provide you with a password to our Members Only section of the website.  This section contains specific operating information on all CGA equipment as well as presentations of CGA for your benefit.
